摘    要:插接式开关装置PASS, 是将断路器、隔离开关/接地开关、数字式光电组合电流、电压传感器等组合在一个SF6 气体封闭罐内, 并通过绝缘套管与变电站的出线和母线相连接的新型组合电器。PASS 的接线方式介于AIS 与GIS 之间。它既具有GIS 的成套性强、抗严酷环境、可靠性高、维护量小等优点, 又具有AIS 的一次性投资小, 安装简便、工期短, SF6 气体用量少, 检修、维护方便等优点。在目前电力建设工期短、现场安装条件恶劣、安装质量控制难度大的情况下, 建议在变电站的改造和建设中使用PASS 设备。

Abstract:Plug-in switching(PASS) is a new type of combined switch,which combines circuit breaker,disconnector/earth switch,digital photoelectrical current and voltage sensors within one airtight SF6 can,and is connected with substation output line and bus-bar through insulated sleeves.PASS connection lies between AIS and GIS.It not only has advantages of GIS,such as easy to complete,withstanding harsh environment,reliable,and low maintenance,etc.,but also has advantages of AIS,including low cost,easy to install,short construction time,low SF6 consumption,and easy to inspect and maintenance,etc.It is recommended that PASS equipments are first choice in substation upgrade and construction in circumstances of short construction time,harsh site condition,and hard to control installation quality.
