锂电池外壳专用料的改性及其应用

摘    要:研制了一种聚丙烯/玻璃纤维(PP/GF)电池外壳专用料.通过向该专用料中添加马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)、并使之与尼龙6(PA6)共混解决了将其用作电池外壳时存在的电池电解液泄漏这一问题.按照UL2054锂电池测试标准的要求对制备的电池外壳进行了电解液泄漏测试,结果表明,经过改性的专用料能够满足电池的防泄漏要求,应用效果良好.

Abstract:PP/GF composite used as battery container special material was successfully developed.The problem of electrolyte leak was overcomed by using PP-g-MAH as modifier and blending PA6 with PP/GF composite when the composite was used as battery container special material.The electrolyte leak of lithium-ion batteries was tested according to UL 2054 standard.The result showed that the modified special material could meet the need of the electrolyte leak proof of battery,and it had good application result.
