| 摘 要： | 介绍了HDC球形高效聚丙烯催化剂的制备工艺。在优化了工业试生产工艺后,使得产品性能进一步提高。HDC球型高效催化剂产品在国内丙烯间歇式液相本体聚合装置和连续法环管聚合装置上的成功应用表明,其聚合性能优异,完全能够满足现有国内各类聚合装置的生产要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the preparation process of spherical high activity polypropylene (PP) catalyst HDC. The performance of catalyst HDC was remarkably raised after optimizing the preparation technology in the industrially trial production. The successful applications of HDC in both batch liquid bulk PP plants and loop reactor PP plants demonstrated that HDC possessed superior polymerization reactivity and fully met the production requirements of the domestic existing PP plants. |
