摘    要:膜污染现象极大地降低了反渗透水处理工艺的效率,到一定程度,反渗透系统就需要清洗。目前,膜污染倾向的预测,实时在线监测,污染物成分分析与有效控制方法是世界各国研究者关注的焦点。本研究以独山子石化公司乙烯厂污水深度处理装置为例,结合多年的实际经验,对膜污染现象及监测控制方法进行了系统的分析,探索出一套有效的膜污染倾向在线检测及污染物鉴定与控制方法,对同类型设备的使用具有有益的参考价值。

Abstract:The fouling of the membrane severely reduces the efficiency of the RO system,so membrane cleaning is required if the water flux is reduced.To solve this problem,researchers are focusing on the precise prediction of the membrane fouling,real-time monitoring,analysis of the pollution species and efficiency methods to control the pollution.In this paper,wastewater treatment system of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company is comprehensively investigated to analyze the membrane structure,methods of monitoring and controlling the membrane fouling.An efficient way is proposed to precisely predict the membrane fouling and effectively control the pollution.It is hopefully that the current work would give reference to the similar equipments.
