电子商务在国际贸易中的应用初探

电子商务,从狭义上讲是指政府、企业和个人利用现代电子计算机与网络技术实现商业交换和行政管理的全过程。从广义上说,它的本质是建立一种全社会的“网络计算环境”或“数字化神经系统”,以实现信息资源在国民经济和大众生活中的全方位应用。与传统商务模式相比,电子商务使商务模式发生了显著改变。本文对电子商务如何应用于国际贸易及在中国国际贸易中的应用进行初步的探索。

A preliminary analysis of application of electronic commerce in international trade

Electronic commerce,from the narrow sense, is the whole process that the government,enterprice and individuals realize for the commerce trade and government management by modern computer and Internet. From the broad sense,it is to create an "internet computing environment" and "digital nerve system"for the society. Compared with the mode of traditional commerce, electronic commerce takes great change in the mode of commerce. This article analyzes how the electronic commerce applies in international trade, expeciaJly in international trade of China.
