钙基脱硫剂煤气化还原脱硫的研究进展

摘    要:随着第二代增压流化床联合循环发电技术(APFBC-CC)的发展,对作为配套技术的煤气脱硫的研究正日益受到重视.介绍了气化炉内含硫污染物(H2S)脱除的国内外最新研究进展,对影响硫化反应的几种主要因素进行了探讨,指出在我国炉内脱硫应首选石灰石.在硫化反应机理方面,通过2种不同的试验方案证实了目前较为合理的硫化机理是固态离子扩散机理.在几种主要的模型中,晶粒模型因其显著的优点更适用描述钙基脱硫剂的硫化反应,并对我国的煤气脱硫的前景进行了预测.

Abstract:With the development of Advanced Pressurized Fluidized Bed Combustion-Combined Cycle(APFBC-CC),increasing interest has been focused on the desulfurization in gasifier.The research on the coal gas desulfurization up to date was discussed,and the factors affecting the sulfidtion reaction were analyzed.It is pointed out that the best agent for sulfidation was limestone.It is confirmed that the solid-state diffusion rather than pore diffusion is the most possible mechanism of the reaction by two different test methods involving marker and isotope experiment.The grain model was suited for describing the complex reaction and the prospect of the technical route of sulfidation in China was discussed in brief.
