| 摘 要： | 通常政府会通过经济、行政以及法律三种方式来对房地产进行调控,其中法律途径是目前使用效果最佳的房地产市场调控方式。通过对房地产市场调控现状的介绍,分析出房地产市场调控中法律政策所起到的作用,进而探索出房地产市场调控的法律手段,期望能够为国内房地产市场调控方式提供一定的启示。

| Abstract: | Generally,the government will regulate real estate by three ways:economic,administrative and legal,and the legal way is the best way to control the real estate market.The present situation of the regulation of the real estate market,analyzing the legal policy of the real estate market regulation in the role,and then explore the legal means to regulate and control the real estate market,is expected to provide certain enlightenment for the regulation of the domestic real estate market. |
