基于不同工种的建筑业工人安全意识差异及致因分析

为了研究建筑工种安全意识差异和影响因素，在对不同建筑工种进行安全意识调查的基础上，运用非参数独立样本检验和一元多因素方差分析，对建筑工种的安全意识差异进行测评和对安全意识影响因素进行分析。结果显示，特殊工种与非特殊工种之间整体安全意识差异显著，特殊工种和非特殊工种内部整体安全意识差异不显著。各影响因素中工作年限、安全教育培训和处罚对建筑工人安全意识有显著影响。通过研究发现不同工种之间存在的安全意识差异和影响工人安全意识差异的主要原因，能够有针对地性采取安全防范措施，可以有效提高建筑工人安全意识，减少工人的不安全行为。

Analysis on the Difference of Safety Consciousness and Its InfluencingFactors of Construction Work

In order to study the difference of safety consciousness and its influencing factors，this study uses non-parametricanalysis of variance independent sample t-test and multiple factors analysis to evaluate the difference of safety consciousness andanalyze the influencing factors based on safety consciousness survey of different building types. The results show that there is asignificant difference in the overall safety consciousness between special and non-special types of construction work，and there is nosignificant difference in the internal safety consciousness between special types of work and non-special types of work. Workingyears，safety education，training and punishment have significant influence on the safety consciousness of construction workers. Bystudying the main differences exist between the different types of work safety consciousness and influencing factors，a number ofappropriate safety improvement measures could be adopted，which can benefit the improvement of the safety consciousness ofconstruction workers and the reduction of unsafe behaviors of workers.
