摘    要:传统的粘土材料具有生产能耗高、破坏耕地及自重较大等缺点,所以,国家提倡发展新型墙体材料。通过分析及对比淤泥、污泥和秸秆三种固体废弃物与页岩的化学成分,得出淤泥可替代部分页岩在制砖原料中大量掺入,污泥和秸秆可作为制砖造孔剂少量掺入。

Abstract:The traditional clay bricks have high bulk density and a high energy consumption,and solid brick made of clay may destroy vegetation and occupy infield,so the State advocated the development of new brick materials.The chemical components of river sediments,domestic sewage sludge and wheat straw were analyzed and compared.The main results showed that the river sediments can be used as a primary raw material to produce brick,and the domestic sewage sludge and wheat straw can be used as admixtures incorporated into shale raw materials.
