摘    要:裂缝是大体积混凝土施工中最常见的质量缺陷,如果裂缝的数量和尺寸超过规范的规定,就会对混凝土结构的安全性造成一定的隐患。通常情况下大体积混凝土结构的裂缝,都是由于水泥水化过程中释放的水化热不能及时释放而引起的温度剧烈变化,和混凝土在凝结过程中收缩产生的收缩应力引起的。如何减少和避免大体积混凝土结构裂缝的产生,是广大施工技术人员一直探索的技术问题。本文对大体积混凝土裂缝产生的最常见原因进行了列举和分析探讨。对混凝土原材料质量的控制、混凝土硬化过程中温度的控制、对混凝土约束条件的改善等有效措施进行了详细的论述。

Abstract:Crack is one of the most common quality defects in mass concrete construction,if the number of cracks and size than the norms,will cause a certain hidden danger to the safety of concrete structure. Usually crack of mass concrete structure,is due to the release of hydration heat of cement hydration process is not released in time and cause of the rapid changes in temperature,and concrete shrinkage caused by the shrinkage stress produced in the process of condensation.How to reduce and avoid the cracks of mass concrete structure,is the general construction technical personnel have been exploring technical problems.So in this paper,the most common causes of cracks in mass concrete,enumerated and analyzed.Raw material quality control of concrete,concrete hardening temperature control,in the process of effective measures such as the improvement of the constraint condition of concrete in detail in this paper.
