建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术的研究经验谈

建筑工程项目施工建设过程中,如果出现外墙渗漏等施工质量问题,不仅会严重影响建筑结构的外观形象,而且对建筑工程的施工质量及其功能和服役寿命等,都会造成一定的影响。渗漏问题出现以后,需施工单位做好后续处理工程,因建筑结构具有整体性,所以渗漏处理要求非常的高。本文就建筑外墙防水施工技术要点以及外墙空洞堵塞,谈一下个人的观点和认识,以供参考。

Experience of research on construction technology of exterior wall seepage prevention

the Construction process of construction project,if there is quality problem of exterior wall leakage of construction,not only affects the appearance of the image and building structure, construction quality and function of construction engineering and service life,will cause a certain impact. After the leakage problem occurs, the construction units need to do a good job of follow-up treatment projects.Because of the integrity of the building structure,the leakage treatment requirements are very high.In this paper, personal experience,the construction of waterproof wall construction technology and external walls of hollow plug, talk about personal views and knowledge for reference.
