交易费用与工程交易机制系统化设计

建设工程交易过程一般可分为交易合同签订前和签订后两个阶段，相应地，建设工程交易机制主要包括工程招标机制和合同激励机制，鉴于不同子项机制之间存在内在联系，有必要从整体角度对建设工程交易机制进行系统化设计。以交易费用为分析工具和纽带，基于系统视角，将建设工程交易过程中的招标机制和激励机制纳入同一研究框架，构建了建设工程交易机制设计框架模型，并探讨了有待解决的难点问题，为丰富和发展建设工程交易理论和交易机制设计方法提供参考。

Transaction Cost and Systematic Design of ConstructionProject Transaction Mechanism

Construction project transaction can be divided into two stages，pre-contract stage and post-contract stage. Accordingly，the transaction mechanism contains bidding mechanism and incentive mechanism. It is necessary to conduct systematic design of thetransaction mechanism as a whole due to the inner relationship between them. Taking transaction cost as the analysis tool and thelink，this paper put the construction project bidding mechanism and incentive mechanism in the process of project transaction into aconsistent research framework，built a framework model for the construction project transaction mechanism design，and discussed theunsolved difficulties. The finding of this study provides a solid reference to enrich and develop the construction project transactiontheory and mechanism design method.
