公建项目 BIM 合同界面管理研究

摘    要:以某大型公建项目为例对各参建方的合同文件进行分析,从中归纳出影响 BIM 合同界面管理的阻碍性因素和指标,并据此设计测度量表。采用主成分分析法确定指标权重并建立综合评价模型,选择累计指标权重超过 0.76 的前 6 个测量项为影响界面管理的显著性影响因子:分别为激励条款、再谈判条款、合同结构体系、合同文本和内容、设计界面和信息传递路径。针对 6 个影响指标制定补充协议以改善原合同结构和信息传递路径,明确设计界面以免各方推诿,为 BIM 条款注入柔性要素以降低合同实施风险。本研究不仅为 BIM 合同界面管理的探索提供一个切入点,而且对建设项目 BIM 合同条款的制定略具现实意义

Abstract:This paper takes a large public construction project as an example to analyze the contract documents of all participatingparties and summarize the hindering factors and indicators that affect the management of BIM contract interface,and then accordingto this to design measure scale. Uses principal component analysis method to determine the index weight and establishes thecomprehensive evaluation model. Selection of the top 6 measurement items of the cumulative index weight over 0.76 were thesignificant factors influencing the interface management: incentive clause,re-negotiation clause,contract structure system,contracttext and content,design interface,information transfer path. Last,in view of the above 6 impact indicators,all participating partiesought to make additional agreements to improve the original contract structure and information delivery path;clarify the designinterface so as to avoid parties’ prevarication;inject flexible elements into the BIM clause to reduce the risk of contractimplementation. This study not only provides a starting point for exploring the interface management of construction project BIMcontract but BIM contract is formulated in terms of some practical significances.
