摘    要:目前地铁工程建设复杂性引发的安全问题日益凸显,迫切需要引入新的有效管理方法,基于伙伴关系的地铁工程建设安全协同管理,为地铁工程建设提供了借鉴。基于某地铁上盖物业开发过程中的安全协同管理的需要,分析了地铁工程建设安全协同管理的特征,提出了地铁工程建设安全协同管理的系统实现形式及组织模型。研发了基于安全协同管理的项目信息门户(PIP)的地铁工程工程建设安全协同管理平台,并在此基础上构建了基于伙伴关系的安全保障协同组织模型,有效实现了地铁工程安全管理组织近外层与远外层的有效结合,降低地铁工程建设的安全事故发生率。

Abstract:With the growing complexity of metro construction safety,it is an urgent need to introduce a new effective managementmethod. Based on the collaborative management of safety in metro construction,partnership is introduced into the collaborativegroup project safety management work. Based on the number three metro line which covers property security coordination in theprocess of construction management,the characteristics of the metro construction safety coordination management is identified. Thesafety system realization form and the organization model of collaborative management of metro construction are established,themodel of safety cooperation organization based on partnership is constructed. The project information portal(PIP)for safetycollaborative management platform is developed based on the collaborative safety management. This model can achieve theintegration between near outer layer and outer layer in the safety management of metro construction, strengthen the informationsharing and working process,and improve the efficiency of collaborative group work, which can reduce the construction safetyaccident rate effectively.
