提高清水混凝土圆柱外观质量的分析

江苏省苏州市尹山湖运动公园体育中心项目设有41根24.2m高的钢筋混凝土承重圆柱,现浇混凝土拆模后柱面观感质量需达到清水混凝土标准。前期通过调研分析确认要因是模板拼缝过大、常规轴线控制方法难以满足要求、柱纵筋偏位、柱箍加固不牢固这4个末梢因素,本文着重实施相应对策,并获得良好的外观质量效果和经济效益。

Analysis of improving the appearance quality of clear water concrete column

The Sports Park project in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province, sets 41 reinforced concrete bearing column with 24.2m height from the ground floor to the roof.Cylindrical appearance quality after cast-in-situ concrete formwork needs to reach the standard of clear water concrete.Through the investigation and analysis,we identify four important factors.There are four peripheral factors,such as:too large template patchwork,difficult to meet the requirements of the conventional axis control method,column longitudinal rib and weak column hoop reinforcement.This article focuses on the implementation of the corresponding countermeasures,and obtain good appearance quality effect and economic benefit.
