高压容器壳体的优化设计

摘    要:高压容器在现代化工生产中的使用越来越多,随着化工装置的大型化,高压容器的直径、壁厚、质量均越来越大,造成产品的造价很高。优化设计方法是现代设计的一种重要方法,是工程设计人员的一种重要工具。这里针对高压容器的特点以质量最小为目标函数建立了高压容器优化设计数学模型,并对一实例进行了计算,得出了优化结果。指出了其结果对设计人员的指导作用。

Abstract:High pressure vessels are more and more used in modern chemical industry . As the chemical equipment becomes larger and larger, the diameter, thickness, mass of the high pressure vessels are bigger and bigger, and the price of the high pressure vessels becomes higher and higher. Optimum design is one of the important ways in modern design, and is one of the important tools to the man who is engaged in engineering design. This article gives the mathematical model of the optimum design for the high pressure vessels based on the minimum mass of high pressure vessels according to characteristic of the high pressure vessels, and a optimum result was given as a concrete example. The optimum result can provide guidance for engineering design.
