新型自动门系统控制器

设计了一种基于高性能单片机控制的自动门控制器系统。整个系统采用模块化设计,利用雷达作为运动感知传感器。系统包含控制和设定显示两大部分。其中:控制部分包含的功能有门距自动测量和参数存储、无刷直流电机控制、速度四级平滑调节和防挤压功能;设定部分包含的功能有开关门次数累计、参数显示和存储等。控制部分和设定部分的信息交换通过串行通信进行。整个系统性能可靠,运行良好,经过软硬件的反复设计和调试,最终达到了规定的设计要求。

Design of a Novel Automatic Door System Controller

The controller system of automatic door is designed based on high-performance Single Chip Machine(SCM).The whole system is composed of modules,in which the radar is used as the activity sensor.The system consists of two parts: control and setup ones.Firstly,the control part possesses the functions as follows: automatic measurement of door distance,parameters storage,brushless DC motor controlling,speed adjust smoothly and extrusion protection.The setup part could do other work,such as the times accumulation of opening and closing,parameters display and storage,etc..Both parts exchange information by serial communication.The whole system is reliable and run normally.The specifications are finally obtained by repeating debugging the software and hardware.
