摘    要:为解决甘蔗糖厂二效汽凝水除糖不稳定、不彻底问题,提出一种新的工艺方法即反渗透技术。从理论上分析了其节水原理,炯分析表明,该工艺节能方面的效益是显著的;并实验验证了新工艺在技术上的可靠性。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problem that the sugar could not be removed stably and completely from the sec- ond effect condensate in sugarcane mills, a new technique was put forward, namely reverse osmosis. Then the water saving principle of this proposed technique was analyzed, and energy analysis revealed that the technique was benefit for energy saving obviously. Also, experiments were performed to verify the technical reliability of the proposed technique.
