| 摘 要： | 针对风城油田超稠油性质，采用各种结构和配比的聚醚单体复配制得破乳剂SB-1，对其进行了室内脱水性能评价。在风城稠油处理站进行了现场应用，结果表明，SB-1具有良好抗油性变化的能力，SB-1平均加药量最低为119mg／L，并实现了掺污水回收油脱水的平稳运行。

| Abstract: | In consideration of the property of Fengcheng super heavy oil, demulsifying agent SB - 1 was prepared with polyether monomers of different structures in different blending ratios, and laboratory evaluation of the dehydration performance of this demulsifying agent was carried out. The field application of this demulsif- ying agent at one treatment station of Fengcheng super heavy oil has shown that it is good in preventing the change of oil property and the minimum average addition concentration of this demulsifying agent is 119 mg/L. Smooth operation for dehydrating recovered sewage water blended oil has been realized. |
