埋地钢质燃气管道地面检测干扰因素分析及对策研究

摘    要:对埋地钢质燃气管道实施定期检测是有效确保管道安全运行的必要手段。由于城市道路不允许随意开挖,因此,目前对埋地燃气管网的腐蚀状况通常采取地面检测的手段。文章主要从检测技术、管道及其附属设施的工作状况、交流干扰、人员素质、土壤环境、城市环境等几个方面分析和探讨了城市埋地管道地面检测过程中存在的各种干扰因素及其作用机理和作用方式,提出应通过开展检测前环境调查、科学组合检测技术、配备先进的检测设备、提高检测队伍的整体素质、政府和企业相互协调配合等多种渠道有效排除干扰,提高对城市埋地钢质燃气管道的检测精度,并对我国埋地钢质燃气管道检测技术的发展前景提出了建设性的展望。

Abstract:In this paper, the author discusses and analyzes the existing interference factors and their functional mechanisms as well as functional modes during the city buried pipeline surface-detection in aspects of detection techniques, pipeline and its affiliated establishment, AC interference, personnel quality, soil environment and city environment. It is suggested that multiple channels should be taken to eliminate interference effectively, which include pre-detection environmental investigation, combining different detection techniques, equipping with advanced detection settings, enhancing the integrated quality of detection teams, harmonious cooperation between the government and the relevant enterprises, etc. Finally, some constructive advisements are brought forward.
