大型水泥生产线工艺设计需要注意的细节问题

针对万吨线大物流的特点,设计过程中在做好各个环节整体设计的同时,还必须充分考虑细节设计。介绍了物料输送系统、配料站料仓、原料粉磨及废气处理、生料均化和入窑系统、烧成窑头和熟料储存输送以及煤粉制备和输送各个环节的必须关注的细节问题,如在物流输送系统中,下料溜子形状要尽量设计成“垂直”或“倒喇叭”形;石灰石输送线上的下料溜子内衬应尽量选择高耐磨性内衬等。

Some detail question needing paying attention to in design process of large scale cement production line

Aimed at characteristic of large scale material flow of ten thousand-ton production line, the holistic design of each tache must be finished well, at the same time, the detail design must be took into account. And the questions, that may exist in each tache,which must be paid attention to, are introduced in this paper, including material transportation system, batching plant system, raw material grinding and waste gas disposal system, raw material homogenizing and feeding into rotary kiln system, firing end of rotary kiln and clinker storage and transportation system and coal meal production and transportation. For example: in process of material flow transportation system, the feed downpipe should be designed to shape of "vertical" or "inverted trumpet "; liner of feed downpipe in limestone transportation line should be high abrasion-proof liner, etc.
