城市生活垃圾处理与温室气体减排

摘    要:针对填埋、堆肥、焚烧这3种常见的垃圾处理方式,提出了收集并利用填埋沼气发电、将有机垃圾高温堆肥改为厌氧消化、回收并利用沼气发电、垃圾焚烧回收能源的温室气体减排措施.通过分析项目流程与边界,得到了垃圾处理温室气体减排项目的减排基准线和温室气体减排量的计算公式,可为参与清洁发展机制(CDM)项目合作提供参考.

Abstract:The output of municipal solid wastes(MSW) has been achieved 150 Mt/a in China,and the process of MSW treatment has brought vast greenhouse gas emission.So,paying attention to greenhouse gas emission reductions measures of MSW treatment is very important.Aimed at three common MSW treatment measures(landfill,composting,incineration),this paper puts forward the measures of greenhouse gas emission reductions(gathering and utilizing LFG generate electricity;changing high temperature composting into anaerobic digestion and gathering and utilizing biogas generate electricity;obtain energy from incinerating MSW).Through analyzing technical flow and boundary,the baselines and calculation formulas of greenhouse gas emission reductions are gained.These conclusions can offer reference for joining cleanness development mechanism(CDM) project.
