电潜泵井系统模拟分析与优化决策

摘    要:对电潜泵井生产系统的研究目前还不完善,大多数油田主要是靠经验进行优化设计和日常管理。由于没有系统的考虑所有的因素,直接影响了电潜泵的抽油效果和运转寿命,从而未能最大限度地发挥油井的产能。"电潜泵井系统模拟分析与优化决策软件"通过对计算模型拟合优选出最适于该油井的计算模型,借助电潜泵井宏观控制图进行工况分析,发现问题井和潜力井,并针对问题井和潜力井分别进行分析,最终通过泵型优选和生产参数优化来解决这2类井的问题,保证了电潜泵井能够长期稳定的处于合理的工况状态。通过现场应用证实了该软件的适用性和可靠性,较大幅度地提高了电潜泵井的系统效率和产液量,显著提高了电潜泵井的经济效益和管理水平。

Abstract:Most of the oil fields mainly rely on the empirical methods to carry out optimization and daily management,for there is not a suitable scientific approach for the study of electrical submersible pump(ESP) system.For less of systematical consideration of all affects,the pumping efficiency and working life were influenced directly,and the well productivity cannot fully display.According to the model simulation,the software-Simulation and Optimization for Electrical Submersible Pump System can select an optimal model for this well,and find out the wells with problems and potentiality by the analysis of ESP macro control picture,and solve problems of these two kinds wells by optimization of the pump type and other production parameters finally,which can ensure the ESP well work under steady and fair situation.The in-situ application verified the software's adaptability and reliability,which increased enhanced the system efficiency and fluid production,and enhanced the economic benefit and management level.
