摘    要:结合一种新型表面处理工艺的特点和要求,通过对现有的脉冲实现电路的分析、对比,给出一种可输出多种双向不对称脉冲波形的高压脉冲电源,实现了脉冲电源的脉冲幅度、脉冲频率、脉冲占空比在一定范围内的连续调节。因此,非常适合于工艺技术人员探索最佳工艺参数。由于通过脉冲实现电路的箝位作用,有效地降低了功率开关管所承受的电压,提高了脉冲电源的可靠性和使用寿命。

Abstract:A high-voltage pulse power unit is presented, which can output multiple bipolar asymmetric pulse waveforms. It is made according to the characteristics and requirements of a novel surface treatment process and on the basis of the analysis of and comparison with the existing pulse realizing circuit. With the power unit, amplitude, frequency and duty radio of pulses can be adjusted continuously within a given range. Therefore, it is very suitable for technologists to explore optimal technology parameters. The clamping action of the pulse realizing circuit can effectively relieve the voltage applied on the power switch transistor so that the reliability and service life of the pulse power unit are increased.
