| 摘 要： | 介绍全球移动通信系统／通用分组无线服务技术（GSM／GPRS）短信服务在变电站监控系统中的应用及其系统架构．描述了在利用现有移动网络的情况下，通过GSM／GPRS Modem短信实现向变电站维护人员发送电力设备运行信息的应用流程．说明了短信编码采取的编码方式。
