摘    要:合成了5种具有不同碳数的水溶性烷在酚(或醇)聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯稀土铈络合物,利用四球机试验考察了它们的摩擦学性能;并采用俄歇(Auger)电子能谱考察了摩损表面上的元素成分。实验结果表明,人水溶性稀土络合物中的碳数及氧乙烯链(C2H4O)的含量对摩擦学性能有较大的影响,碳数较多的稀土络物(特别是C12~C18)的抗磨性能和承载力均好。Auger能谱的分析显示出该类稀土络合物的抗磨性能与摩擦表面中存在铈、磷等活性元素有关。

Abstract:Five aqueous rare-earth complexes of cerium with alkyl-polyoxyethylenate phosphates with different hydrocarbon chain length were synthesized.Their tribological properties in water-based fluids were evaluated with a four-ball tester.The results showed that the anti-wear effects of different hydrocarbon chain length complexes were greatly different.The complexes with longer hydrocarbon chain (from 12 to 18 carbon atoms),have better anti-wear properties and higher load-carrying capacity.Furthermore,the elemental compositions of the rubbing surface were investigated through Auger Electron Spectroscopy,which showed that anti-wear properties of these complexes were related to Ce,P and other active elements existed on rubbing surface.
