| 摘 要： | 钢包是冶金生产中的重要设备，其使用寿命的长短对企业生产有直接影响。利用有限元法建立了钢包的温度分布模型，针对实际工况确定了可行的测试方案，并进行了测试实验。结果表明，测试得到的温度值与计算的结论基本吻合。

| Abstract: | Ladle is the important equipment in steel industry and its lifetime directly influences the normal production of entire enterprise. In this work, the temperature distribution model of ladle is established by FEM, the feasible test scheme is determined according to actual working,condition and the test experiment is carried out. The result shows that the tested temperature values are accordance with calculated basically. |
