摘    要:<正> 近年米,蔬果种植者正试图以生物技术和基因工程来增加蔬果的产量,改进产品的保存性,减少产品腐烂,以满足日益增长的消费需求,并降低加工成本,这就要求加工商和种植者之间更紧密的合作,以提高生产效率并达到大规模的经济效益。另一方面,随着青少年、单身、两口家庭和职业妇女消费群的日益增加,为方便食品开拓了更为广阔的市场。味道好、烹煮快捷的油炸土豆条满足了90年代快节奏、繁忙的生活方式,其市场正不断扩大。本文将详细介绍生产这种方便食品的生产工艺。

Abstract:The use of biotechnology and genetics in the cultivation of potatoes has become an established trend in order to increase yield, improve storage flexibility and reduce tuber defects. This has also led to a closer alliance between growers and manufacturers of French fries, where new technology is being used to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In this report, we look at effective methods for the production of French fries.
