霍尔元件在微量振荡天平监测仪中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了线性霍尔传感器在微量振荡天平颗粒物监测仪中的应用,设计了频率检测和振荡管保持等幅振荡的控制电路,实现了振荡管固有频率的连续、精确探测。对比实验表明,该仪器设计合理,满足空气质量在线监测的要求。

Abstract:Application of Hall element in Tapered Element Oscillating Microbalance (TEOM) particulate monitor is introduced. The control circuit of the oscillating tube was designed, which detects the oscillation frequency and maintains an equal amplitude oscillation. The continuous and precise detection of the oscillating tube natural frequency was realized. The experiment data were compared with the officially published data. The comparison results show that the instrument features reasonable design and meets the requirement of on-line air quality monitoring.
