环保型稀土铝熔剂的研究

摘    要:研究环保型稀土铝熔荆的除镁、除气及晶粒细化效果,试验表明环保型稀土铝熔荆在740℃具有高效的除镁效果;在700℃时可使100g铝液中的氢含量只有0.08mL;当加入量为铝液的1.5%可获得细小等轴晶的良好铸造组织。

Abstract:The effect of the captioned flux on magnesium removing, degassing and grain refining was studied. It is experimentally shown that the flux is very effective for removing magnesium at 740 degree Celsius. When the added flux reaches 1.5 % of the melt, excellent casting structure with fine and equiaxial grains were obtained.
