基于UG/WAVE的大口径舰炮结构自顶向下设计方法

摘    要:针对大口径舰炮结构特点,将自顶向下设计方法应用于大口径舰炮的结构设计中。按大口径舰炮弹药装填路径和扬供弹方式的不同,对大口径舰炮进行了类别划分。以复合装填大口径舰炮为设计实例,进行大口径舰炮结构自顶向下设计研究。建立了某复合装填大口径舰炮的顶层骨架模型和参数化实体模型。该设计方法能够有效实现大口径舰炮定量化、参数化设计,对提高火炮工程设计效率有一定的参考价值。

Top-down Structural Design Method of Large-caliber Naval Gun Based on UG/WAVE
Abstract:A top-down design method was applied to design the structure of large-caliber naval gun in accordance with the structural feature of large-caliber naval gun. Based on the analysis of structure differences,large-caliber naval guns were classified according to ammunition loading paths and laun-ching-feeding. Taken the complex loading large-caliber naval gun for example,the skeleton and para-metric solid models were established according to the top-down design method. The method can effec-tively achieve quantitative,parametric design of large-caliber naval gun,and also has a measure of reference value in improving the efficiency of artillery engineering design.
