单级感应线圈炮弹丸出口速度与效率影响研究

摘    要:驱动线圈是同步感应线圈炮的主要组成部分,其结构对系统性能有着重要的影响。通过分析储能型单级感应线圈炮的工作原理和电路模型,利用 Ansoft有限元软件,分别建立了短距、中距、长距3种结构驱动线圈模型,计算了多种弹丸启动速度下的最佳触发位置及单级线圈效率。计算结果表明:3种结构驱动线圈最佳触发位置均随弹丸启动速度增加向线圈底部(炮尾)方向移动;短距线圈效率最低,随弹丸启动速度增加而降低;中距线圈效率最高,先随弹丸启动速度增加而增加,增加到一定值随后再降低;长距线圈效率居中,随弹丸启动速度增加而增加。

Muzzle Velocity and Efficiency Performance of Single-stage Induction Coilgun
Abstract:As a main component of the synchronous induction coil-gun,the structure of drive coils has great influence on its function. Working process and circuit model,which describes single-stage induc-tion coil-gun excited by the stored energy pulsed capacitor,is established for the three kinds of struc-tures:short range,medium range and long range. The single-stage induction coilgun is researched by simulation through the 2-dimension transient solver in the Ansoft software. With the maximal efficiency of drive coil as target function and the space of the centers of the driving coil and projectile as variables when discharging,three types of drive coils’ structures are simulated. The simulation results indicate that each drive coil has its own best discharge position,and this position is different,which provides the theoretical reference for future engineering practice. The findings are as follows:the short range drive coil has the lowest efficiency,which decreases as the discharge speed increases;the medium range drive coil has the highest efficiency,which increases as the discharge speed increases up to a certain value;the long range drive coil has the middling efficiency,which increases as the discharge speed increases.
