H13钢表面反应火焰喷涂三元硼化物金属陶瓷涂层的组织和性能

摘    要:采用反应火焰喷涂方法在H13钢表面制备的Mo2FeB2三元硼化物金属陶瓷涂层,分析了涂层的显微组织、显微硬度、耐磨性能及抗热疲劳性能.结果表明,经过火焰喷涂获得Mo2FeB2三元硼化物金属陶瓷涂层,其显微硬度达到1 200 Hv0.1,具有良好的耐磨性能和抗热疲劳性能.

Abstract:Mo2FeB2 cermets coating on the surface of H13 steel by reactive flame spraying were prepared.The microstructure,microhardness and wear resistance of the coating were analyzed.The results indicate that the Mo2FeB2 cermets coating aggregation powders by reactive flame spraying is obtained.The coating with microhardness of 1200 HV0.1 is favorable to wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.
