摘    要:河北某低品位磷铁矿石属出露地表、风化程度较高的含磷铁黑云母辉石岩。对优先浮磷再弱磁选选铁流程进行了工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,采用1粗3精1扫、中矿顺序返回流程优先选磷,选磷尾矿1粗1精弱磁选选铁,可以获得P2O5品位为34.19%、含铁0.23%、P2O5回收率为95.24%的磷精矿,以及铁品位为64.31%、P2O5含量为0.11%、全铁回收率为48.86%、磁性铁回收率为97.88%的铁精矿。

Abstract:A low grade phosphate ore in Hebei belongs to the P-Fe containing biotite pyroxenite with feature of ore exposing to the surface and higher level of weathering. The technical conditions were investigated by the process of phosphorus floatation and then low intensity magnetic separation for iron concentration. The results showed that phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade of 34.19%,Fe content of 0.23% and P2O5 recovery of 95.24%,and iron concentrate with Fe grade of 64.31%,P2O5 content of 0.11%,TFe recovery of 48.86% and mFe recovery of 97.88% were finally obtained by the process of one-roughing,three-cleaning,one-scavenging and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn for phosphorus floatation,and then one roughing and one cleaning of low intensity magnetic separation for iron concentration from phosphorus tailings.
