广西某钼矿石选矿试验

摘    要:广西某钼矿石钼品位较低,金属矿物种类单一,主要为辉钼矿,但嵌布粒度较细。对该矿石进行了选矿工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,粗磨-粗选-粗精矿再磨-精选流程是处理该矿石的高效节能流程,采用1粗2扫6精、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,最终可获得钼品位为49.67%、回收率为 92.70%的钼精矿。

Abstract:A molybdenum ore in Guangxi is fine-grained disseminated and low in grade. It′s mainly exists in molybdenite,with single metallic mineral. Technical conditions for beneficiation of the ore were studied. The results showed that the process of rough grinding-rough concentration-regrinding for coarse concentrate-cleaning concentration is an efficient and energy-saving process for treating this type of ore. Molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 49.67% and recovery of 92.70% was finally obtained by the process of one roughing,two scavengings,six cleanings and middles back to the process in turn.
