多温区电加热炉的系统模型辨识及仿真试验

摘    要:多温区电加热炉建模是系统辨识领域中的一个典型问题,电加热炉控制过程往往表现出非线性、大迟延和耦合性等特点,难以用传统方法建立精确的数学模型.针对此问题,提出了一种加权最小二乘递推辨识算法,并应用到钟罩式加压烧结炉的建模试验中,通过试验验证了该方法能够获得较好的数学模型.此方法对多变量工业过程的控制方法研究、多变量系统的控制理论研究有着广泛的理论和实际意义.

Abstract:The modeling of electric heating furnace with multi-temperature zones is a typical problem in the field of system identification.It is hard to establish the accurate mathematical model of the furnace,because the control process often has several features such as nonlinear,large delay and strong coupling.Recursive weighted least square method is proposed,which is used in the modeling experiments of the bell-type pressure sintering furnace.The results of experiment show that the method can get an ideal mathematical model.This method has a wide range of theoretical and practical significance for the study on the control method of multi-variable industrial process and control theory of multi-variable system.
