煤矿安全监控网络的研究与设计

摘    要:根据煤矿具体开拓方式,提出一种新的煤矿安全监控网络的设计方法。该设计方法根据井下开拓巷道与采准巷道不同的环境条件,分别采用CAN总线协议与ZigBee无线通信协议进行组网,融合了传统有线网络的可靠性、实时性与无线网络的灵活性、适应性等优点。针对采准巷道环境恶劣、噪声严重的特点,利用巷道信道模型与仿真实验分析了差错控制编码技术在巷道无线通信中的应用,提出了具体设计方法。最后给出了该系统的硬件以及软件设计方法。对提高煤矿安全生产具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:A novel design method for mine safety monitoring network based on the special development form of mines is proposed. According to the different environmental conditions of development roadways and preparatory workings,controller area network (CAN) bus protocol and ZigBee wireless communication protocol are utilized to establish network. The new mine safety monitoring network has the advantages of both reliability and real-time of the wired network and flexibility and adaptability of the wireless network. With the poor environment and serious noise in preparatory workings,the application of error control coding methods in roadway wireless communication is analyzed with roadway channel model and the simulation,and moreover the special design method is proposed. Finally,the design of hardware and software of mine safety monitoring network is presented. The new design method for mine safety monitoring network has important reference value for the improvement of mine production safety.
