摘    要:针对危险化学品系列检测设备的现场检测安全性、数据传输和远程控制需求,建立了基于红外通信的低成本和低复杂度的无线传输系统.在简述其组成结构的基础上,设计了用于现场检测的无线传输节点的硬件和软件,并根据危险化学品现场检测数据传输和控制特点,实验并分析了波特率、红外载波占空比、发射管峰值电流对传输性能的影响关系.结果表明,红外无线传输参数中的波特率为2 kbit/s、占空比为45%、发射管峰值电流为140 mA时,现场检测传输控制效果最好.

Abstract:Aiming at the demands for safety,data transmission and remote control in field testing of hazardous chemicals equipments,a wireless transmission system with low-cost and low-complexity based on infrared transmission is introduced.Based on a brief introduction on the network structure,the hardware and software of transmission node are designed.According to the features of data transmission and remote control of field testing to hazardous chemicals,an experiment is conducted,and the affects baudrate,duty cycle of infrared carrier and peak current of infrared LED to transmission performance are analyzed.Results indicate that infrared transmission with a baudrate of 2 kbit/s,a duty cycle of 45% and a peak current of 140 mA will give the best transmission performance.
