乌山铜钼矿智能配矿软件的研究与开发

摘    要:随着乌山铜钼矿的扩建工程正式达产及选矿厂钼矿回收率的提高,采场将需要同时供应满足选矿厂铜、钼入选品位的矿石,出矿点经常是6处甚至更多。常规的人工配矿方法经常出现不能同时满足2个选矿厂铜、钼入选品位的情况,配矿工作是乌山铜钼矿生产的一大难点。介绍了基于SURPAC软件在鸟山铜钼矿采场应用中开发出的一种智能配矿软件,实现了智能配矿,提高了供矿质量,彻底解决了供配矿工作的技术难题。

Abstract:With the expansion of the project reached the design capacity of mine formally and the improved recov- ery of molybdenum ores in the processing plant, the grounding of open-pit will at the same time have to supply copper and molybdenum ores of qualified grades, and there are usually six points of ore production or more. Usually conven- tional manual ore-blending method can't supply sufficient copper and molybdenum at one time, making ore-blending a problem to Wushan mine. This paper introduced an intelligent ore-blending software developed based on SURPAC software applications to ground of Wushan mine open-pits, which realized the intelligent ore-blending, improved the quality of ores supplied for processing plant, and completely solved the technical problem for ore matching work.
