防冻剂原理及应用

综述了混凝土冬期施工理论，分析了混凝土早期冻害的产生原因，对防冻剂的认识由防止混凝土拌合物中的水结冰提高到允许有一定量的冻存在，分析了现代防冻剂的组成成分与作用原理。提出了防冻剂掺量应以用水量为基准，根据环境负温调整防冻剂的掺量和对应高效减水剂的掺量。

Principle and application of antifreeze admixture

In this paper the principles of concrete construction in winter are summarized and the reasons of freeze injury of concrete in the early period are analyzed. The cognition about antifreeze admixture has been improved that permit quantitative ice existed in concrete mixture. At the same time the composition and the functional principles of antifreeze admixture are analyzed. The mount of antifreeze admixture should based on the benchmark of water quantity and mixing quantity of antifreeze admixture and high performance water reducing agent should be adjusted according to the degree of environmental subzero temperature.
