摘    要:针对目前反井施工钻进硬岩出现的破岩效率低、滚刀寿命短、成本高等问题,研制了适用于硬岩钻进的新型镐形镶齿滚刀,并通过镐形刀齿与锥形刀齿的对比试验及工程应用,分析了破岩效果,验证了该齿形破碎硬岩的合理性,对于反井钻井法的推广应用起到积极的作用。

Abstract:To counter the such problems as the low- efficiency of rock breaking and the short service life of the cutters in the process of raise boring operation, carried out a systematic research and has developed a new pick - shaped cutter which is most effective when breaking the hard rocks. Through a comparative study of rockbreaking effects in the real operation between taper- shaped and pick - shaped cutters, proposes the most rational design of cutting structure. Last but not least, the research findings intend to promote the application of raise boring operation.
