铜-醇酸电磁屏蔽导电涂料

摘    要:研究了铜-醇酸电磁屏蔽导电涂料的导电阈值以及偶联剂的种类、用量对其初始导电性能和导电稳定性的影响。结果表明:在醇酸体系中,铜粉的导电阈值为55%;偶联剂的种类和用量对铜-醇酸导电涂料的初始导电性和导电稳定性有影响。

Abstract:This article has reported the influence of conductive threshold, varieties and amount of coupling agent of copper-alkyd electromagnetic shield conductive coatings on its early conductivity and stability of conductivity. It has indicated that the conductive threshold of copper powder in alkyd system is 55% and the varieties and amount of coupling agent shows influence on the early conductivity and stability of conductivity of the title coatings.
