超环面行星蜗杆传动的运动学和动力学仿真

摘    要:建立了超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合坐标系统以及中心蜗杆和内超环面齿轮齿面的数学模型,完成了超环面行星蜗杆传动减速器各零件的三维实体建模和减速器整机虚拟装配,在此基础上,完成了基于超环面行星蜗杆传动减速器的运动学和动力学仿真。

Abstract:This paper is focus on the research of the kinematical and dynamial simulation of the toroial drive. The meshing coordinate system of the toroidal drive is proposed and the mathematical model of the tooth profde of the sun-worm and the stationary internal gear is developed based on the meshing theory. The three dimensional modeling and visual assembling of the toroidal drive is completed. Finally, the kinematical and dynamical simulation of the toroidal drive is accomplished.
