油管电磁无损探伤装置的结构设计

摘    要:针对国内现有油管磁性探伤检测线的不足, 研制了新型油管电磁探伤装置。该装置在传动线上将测量传感器的组件分成两组, 分别检测纵向和横向损伤及磨损。检测传感器采用多单元浮动式传感器, 结合较大游动范围的探头张合结构, 解决了在传动线上因油管中心不等高难以实现检测跟踪的问题。现场使用证明, 油管电磁无损探伤装置采用光、机械和气动复合控制方式,结构简单, 动作快, 工作可靠, 控制方便, 有较好的应用效果。

Abstract:In the light of the shortcomings of the existing tubing magnetic testing line, a new magnetic testing apparatus is developed. The new apparatus can carry out lateral and longitudinal inspection of damage and wear by means of two groups of testing sensors on the transmission line. The multiunit floating sensor with wide detecting range is assembled as testing sensor so as to realize centralizing adjustment of tubings with different sizes. The field use shows that the new apparatus is reliable and easy to control by adopting compound control pattern.
