C~4ISR系统的指挥控制认知模型

摘    要:扩展CECA指控认知模型将C4ISR系统的指控分解成观测、信息处理、指挥处理和通信,并将C2组织看作耦合的信息和指挥网络。信息网实现CECA环中的态势模型,指挥网实现CECA环中的概念模型。接收本平台观测的信息流、其他平台发送的信息流和指挥流。完成监视事件、接收信息流、融合接收信息和执行决策。

Abstract:The framework of C4ISR is divided into observing, information fusion, command, and communication by using extended CECA cognitive model. And C2 organization is viewed as the coupled network of information network and command network. The situation model of CECA loop is represented by information network, and conceptual model of CECA loop is implemented by command network. It receives the information flows of the platform and receives information flows and command flows from other platforms, then observes events, receives information flow, fuses information and executes decision.
