摘    要:分子筛脱蜡装置后分馏单元先进控制项目。是由北京清大同飞优化控制技术有限公司负责工程实施技术服务、采用美国AspenTech公司软件、在抚顺石化分公司石油三厂分子筛脱蜡装置上实施先进控制的科研开发项目。标定结果表明;投用了先进控制可以充分调动多个操纵变量的协调功能,有效地对被控变量进行控制,提高了装置运行的自动化水平,稳定了操作,提高了C11-C13产品收率0.63%。

Abstract:Advanced control system for post fractionation unit of Molex Sieve in No.3 Refinery has been used, adopted soft- ware imported from American AspenTech Company, technical practice by Beijing TongFei Company. The results of performance is shown that the applying of the advanced control system is able to improve the level of automation to the unit, with operation stable and yield of C11- C13 to be increased by 0.63 %, which brings greater economic profits to the enterprise.
