| 摘 要： | 依据火电厂分散控制系统运行检修导则内容，论述执行其内容的目的和意义。结合工作实践，提出从分散控制系统外部条件、技术管理、运行检修和运行考核着手，实现分散控制系统规范化管理。经验证明，规范化管理不仅是信息化管理所必须，而且是提高火电厂分散控制系统可用性和可靠性的有关途径。 |

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the purpose and significance of implementing the contents of distributed control system(DCS)operation and repair guides in thermal power plant.Combined with the work practice,proceeding from the external condition,technical management,operation and repair,and operation cheek-up etc.,the paper puts forward the suggestions on realizing the standardized management of DCS.The experiences prove that,standardized management is not only necessary for informatization management,but also an effective way for improving the availability and reliability of DCS in thermal power plant. |
