摘    要:在PMU最优配置问题的研究过程中,引入了元件权重的概念,来区分不同设备对可观性要求的程度使得OPP求解算法更加灵活,可以考虑更多的因素;结合了发电机同调性的影响,此方法针对电力系统的特点,从而更加有效;把传统的逐点法进行了改进,并根据穷举法与改进逐点法的各自特点,把两者相结合,成为一种实用算法。对以上布点原则和算法在IEEE-39上进行了测试,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The current study introduces the concept of the component (including bus and line) weight, so as to distinguish between the different equipment requirements of the observability degree; and takes into consideration of the impact of the generator coherence, since changes of one node's observability affect the rest of nodes among coherent generator groups; and improves the traditional point to point method, and forms a practical method through combining Exhaustion Method and point to point method together. Finally, the principles and algorithms above are tested in the IEEE-39 system, and positive results are achieved.
