| Abstract: | The characteristics of the three-layer organization in industrial innovation activities are analyzed. The function-type organization mode and strengthen-type organization mode are put forward. A demonstration research is made on the basis of American automobile industrial innovation and Chinese electronic vehicle industrial innovation. |
