| Abstract: | The ultrasonic soldering process of aluminium heat exchangers and a few important factors effecting on the soldering are reviewed. Based on the analysis and practice of the ultrasonic soldering process, the results show that it is important to procure high soldering quality on controlling submersion depth, the ultrasonic soldering time, assembling clearance and solder composition. |
